Our artificial networks for your test lab

HV Artifical networks

HV Artificial Networks reproduce the vehicle electrically. They enable tests at component level and results as in real operation.

Within the vehicle, high-voltage (HV) components encounter a frequency-dependent impedance defined by the other HV components connected in series. Due to this, the electromagnetic emissions of individual HV components must be tested against the other HV components to ensure that limit values are met. Our vehicle electrical system simulators are also used for endurance testing and enable the testing of interference from DC charging stations, ensuring compliance with limit values.

The combination of a DC power source and an HV artificial network of EN-Impedanz enables simple and accurate testing of high-voltage components and DC charging stations.

Our artificial networks offer more...

Simulations of the electrical systems of high-voltage vehicles for high-voltage components and DC charging stations.

Our high-voltage artifical networks are used to develop and test high-voltage components for electric, hybrid, and fuel cell vehicles. The AN series enables simple and accurate testing in accordance with ISO 21498, VW 80300, MBN 11123, MBN 51123, and other standards, as well as our customers’ specific impedance requirements.

The AN series electrically simulates the high-voltage electrical system of battery-electric, hybrid, or fuel-cell electric vehicles. This enables you to test for conducted disturbances such as ripple, dynamics, spikes, and noise in high-voltage components of various power and voltage classes up to 1500 V (DC).

With our artifical networks, we offer turnkey solutions that impress with their robustness and high current-carrying capacity of up to 1200 A. They are suitable for use in the early stages of product development, as well as for final testing of conducted emissions in accordance with required standards. Thanks to the innovative and modular design combined with a compact build, we enable our customers to make simple, cost-effective, and rapid modifications to their power network simulators. We offer adjustments for current, voltage, and impedance. The modular design also allows for the retrofitting of additional impedances at a later stage.

Our high-voltage artifical networks are in use at numerous well-known customers across three continents and are highly regarded for their functionality and compact design.
